Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.

loss of all communications on NFsNC while on going air operations and burn out operations, this has been an issue since 2018 and has multiple CEC tickets on almost a weekly basis this has been an on going issue that effects the safety of all the field going personal here in the mountains of North Carolina and need to be addressed once and for all

Immediate Action Taken

Reporting Individual : please describe actions you took to correct or mitigate the unsafe/unhealthful event.

Opened a CEC Critical #1 ticket and advised the RO Safety officer of the on going issues that have never been fixed
