Narrative
Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.
We had most of our applications thru FAMAUTH go down on Sunday 8/7. We were told this would only last till 1200 but it lasted well past 1200 into the late evening. Applications included- Wildcad, IROC, Sit209, wildweb, anything famauth related. We were initially kicked out of our applications and then when trying to log back in the page would just continuously load and never get us to the page we needed. This impacted our dispatch centers operations with resources in the field and resource's trying to mob/demob to incidents via IROC. We also could not pull any fire codes for incidents and we could not update our Sit 209 reports.
Immediate Action Taken
Reporting Individual : please describe actions you took to correct or mitigate the unsafe/unhealthful event.
We continuously tried to log out and log back in, we also restarted each computer but neither worked to solve the issue. We then had to just keep a word doc open to keep track of resources and things in IROC we would have to catch back up on once FAMAUTH was back up.
