Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.
The Fam Auth update took out key logistical and support programs utilized to get active fire incidents needed resources. The USFS network outage on top of the Fam Auth updates compounded this making it even harder to do the job we needed to do.
