Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.
Looked for anything around the type-6 while walking to the engine did not see anything. Did not do a complete walkaround. Got in the type-6 moved it ten feet and felt a bump. Got out and realized that 3 bags had been runover. All items in the bags were destroyed with the passenger side rear dually of a type-6 engine.
Immediate Action Taken
Reporting Individual : please describe actions you took to correct or mitigate the unsafe/unhealthful event.
Reported the incident immediately, Filed a Property Loss/Damage Report, AAR was done prior to moving the engine, and the following day a morning Safety session talk
