Narrative
Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.
The caterer has been set up next to the St Labre school garbage dumpsters and at meal times the dining area is inudated with flies. It is impossible to eat without flies landing on trays of food as well as impossible to keep flies out of the salad bar components. At the time of this safenet, there has been no mitigation by either the caterer or team in regards to controlling flies. Incident personnel have been directed (as per the food contract) that they are not to take food out of the dining area, leaving us to the misery of defending our food from the plague level onslaught of flies.
Immediate Action Taken
Reporting Individual : please describe actions you took to correct or mitigate the unsafe/unhealthful event.
Tried to take food to a location without flies but was directed to stay in the dining area.
