INTERNET AND VOIP PHONE OUTAGE FOR USFS IN DISPATCH CENTER AND INF SUPERVISORS OFFICE. CANNOT USE LEAWEB TO RUN INDIVIDUALS OR LICENSEPLATES TO PROVIDE FOR OFFICER SAFETY. BECAUSE PHONES ARE DOWN, DISPATCH CENTER IS ONLY AVAILBLE VIA RADIO. THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR DELAY IN RECEIVING FIRE REPORTS AND REPORTS OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ON FS LAND.
DISPATCH CENTER HAS HAD 13 INTERNET AND PHONE OUTAGES SINCE AUGUST 2023. TICKETS ARE OPENED, INTERNET GETS RESTORED, BUT NO LONG TERMFIX HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED.

RESET USFS ROUTERS. CALLED CHD AND OPENED A TICKET. TICKET IS CURRENTLY ELEVATED UP TO AT&T/FRONTIER.
