Narrative
Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.
During operations Collett Ridge fire dispatch lost Communications with all resources and aviation resources due to the continuing failure of the Radio system at the Dispatch center and Nantahala National forest (Tusquitee) Joanna Repeater and still is only working off and on at this time, Also on the Nantahala the Cowee and Wine springs repeaters were affected with the outage while on initial attack operations in the same area where cell coverage was not available due to location of the new fires and once again caused safety issues with responding resources and on scene resources on both incidents

Note: This is still an on going issue that effects safety of the resources and aviation resources
Immediate Action Taken

Open help ticket with CIO and reset the dispatch center consoles and district offices also switched to cell coverage when available for ground resources, Aircraft are flight following with local incident resources while dispatch is monitoring AFF
