The outages for the phone system stemmed from separate / independent items that degraded services for them largely caused by the storms in the area.
6/9/25 - The MetTel PSTN service equipment was inaccessible by the LEC and had to be rebooted to restore phone services to the location. 6/10/25 - The Mitel phone system was inaccessible and had to be rebooted.
In further discussions with the local unit, a dedicated UPS was identified as needed to help mitigate some of the short term problems caused by the storms that caused surges and power impacts to the equipment onsite.
