| The WildCAD failure began shortly after a security patch was installed on 13 August 2020. The patch was tested, approved by the change control board, posted to the Desktop Software Release Calendar, and announced via agency-wide “Patch Tuesday” email notice. Once the problem was identified, the Operations and Service Delivery team developed and implemented a mitigation plan that corrected it, restoring WildCAD functionality. |
