We have been in contact with the parties involved with this issue and have been informed of the following status and corrective action.
The Dispatch Center Manager submitted three tickets for service for the following items.
• Fox Mtn Repeater cutting off radio transmissions from Dispatch
• Eagle Peak Repeater cutting off radio transmissions from Dispatch
• Continued low volumes on the North base and repeater locations. Employees have expressed concern about dispatch volume levels coming over the air very low. It has been identified that these are different employees, different locations, different user radios.
We have also been informed that corrective action is established to address the concerns identified.
