| The N.C. Forest Service follows the interagency standards for Fireline PPE and dictates the use of all PPE through internal policies and procedures. Instances of non-compliance with PPE standards are investigated on an individual basis and are always taken seriously. Corrective actions are based on the findings of the investigation and then handled through line supervision. |
