| The home unit FMO and DFMO (Supervisor) will check in with the crew. And the incident to assess fatigue and condition of the crew. We will review and discuss the Work Rest guidelines and ensure both the crew and the DFMO are encourage to communicate fatigue, condition of the crew, work rest guidelines including additional R&R days if needed throughout the duration of the season. |
