| A similar issue happened a few years ago where a DPH that was used to clone multiple DMH radios changed some settings. In the SEC column in the programming software it had change the setting to ENC (Encryption). It should be set to CLR. It also changed the setting in the KEY column to 24. It is normally set to 1. Settings should not matter but the ENC does. Will see what technicians at BK/Relm find relating to the issue. The information about the group 99 issue was widely disseminated when the problem first arose. This problem, however, is separate from that issue. |
