Narrative
Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.
A vehivle on the forest that is a dodge 1500 that has a v6 six engine and low Ground Clearance. Its was under powered for the task and nearly became stuck as is has on several occasions. This is a direct result of the Forest Fleet Officer and Forest Engineering Staff Officers indifferent and condescending attitudes to employee safety by not following VAM request documenting needs for more capable off road transportation.
Immediate Action Taken
