Describe in detail what happened including the concern or potential issue, the environment (weather, terrain, fire behavior, etc), and the resulting health issue.

While on the way back from an Idaho fire assignment, both drivers were using cell phones while driving the fire engine down the interstate; texting, seeing news updates, watching a football game.

Immediate Action Taken

Reporting Individual : please describe actions you took to correct or mitigate the unsafe/unhealthful event.

I told enop and cpt my pet peeves was driver's on cell phone. The response I got was that they don't like back seat drivers.
