There was a radio outage/ intermittent during the Roc fire. The intermittent/radio outage was cause by a new network router that was replaced on request of the network group. The Network group asked the local CIO LMR technician to replace the Cisco 3800 on Abajo Peak due to security issues. After the router was replaced the radio system started failing intermittently. The local CIO LMR tech opened a Severity 1 ticket with the CIO help desk on Saturday morning. The ticket was forwarded as a low priority ticket. After contacting the network group and troubleshooting the system the tech was told that there was known issue with Ravin and the new router. Once the tech found this out he re-installed the old router and had no more issues with the radios system.
